Always Stationery provides FedEx shipping within the United States.

  • Orders are processed within 2 business days except during peak periods. Business days are Monday through Thursday with the exception of holidays. From October through December we also print on Fridays.
  • Most orders including embossed and raised print notes and cards are currently shipping within 2 business days.
  • FedEx delivers to commerical addresses Monday through Friday and ground residential addresses Tuesday through Saturday.
  • 2nd day air and all overnight shipping services to residential addresses are delivered Monday through Friday.

We appreciate your business and will do everything we can to process your gifts efficiently and in a timely manner. Due to our high shipping volume we are able to offer some of the lowest shipping rates in the industry.

Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico may extend the delivery period.

What shipping carriers do you use?
 
You may choose to ship your stationery order to United States addresses via. FedEx Ground®, FedEx 2nd Day®, FedEx Standard Overnight® or USPS Priority Mail.
We ship internationally via. USPS Priority Mail International and USPS Express Mail International.
 
Can I ship to a company?
 
Yes. If order is shipping to a company, please provide company's name and complete address including suite or floor number if necessary.
 
Do you ship internationally?
 
Yes. Currently we ship to Canada, Australia, England, Ireland, Portugal and the United Kingdom via. USPS Priority Mail International or USPS Express Mail International. If you would like your country added please contact Service@AlwaysStationery.com or Phone: (630)881-8482.
 
What if I entered the wrong shipping address?
 
FedEx® may charge us for any address changes after they have your package. Any redirection charge may be passed on to you.
 
What do I do if my package is damaged?
 
If, upon receipt, you find that your order is not as it should be, please contact our customer service department immediately.
 
Any damage must be reported within 14 days of delivery. No replacements, allowances or credits will be given after this two-week period.
 
You must retain the original packaging to show proof of damage. We will schedule the inspection with the carrier and they have four weeks to inspection the damaged package if necessary.
